“View was excellent.”

Having never visited the southern end of Hilton Head, I shopped reviews very carefully before selecting Ocean One 505. Everything everyone has posted is true. Unit was clean and spacious. Chuck called to insure everything was in order. View was excellent, as was the convenience of being able to walk to stores and eateries. The live music next door was a welcome addition for our family, and we could watch the band from our balcony. Would definitely recommend , and look forward to booking this unit again.

Could not have asked for a better vacation and location! Love the personal touch of owner popping in and making sure we had everything needed to make our vacation wonderful! My family and I stayed in 505 Ocean One for the second time and loved this cozy, spacious condo. The unit is clean, well stocked and the view is spectacular. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The addition of grills for guests to use is awesome,...we will be back! We can't say enough good things about Chuck and this condo.

The villa was beautiful and and spacious it is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect for us, the view is breathtaking the pool is large and has beautiful decks with lots of seating. Chuck could not have been nicer and accommodating to us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Will return again!!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it won't be our last. The condo was in a very convenient location, clean, and good ocean view. Washer and dryer, linens, towels, and complimentary starter kit of necessities was provided for us which was very nice. The owner was very helpful.

It was our first time in Hilton Head, and it will not be our last! Chuck was fantastic with all our questions and inquires, the condo was great and was supplied with everything you could possibly need. We were 1 min from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The view was spectacular the picture does not do it justice.

We had a great time! Chuck even called to make sure check-in was smooth. We have two small kids and it was perfect! Condo was on the first floor, close to the pool and to the beach! Lots of other kids staying here to so it was perfect for us! Then in the evenings we walked over to Coligny. Couldn't have chosen a better location! Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed! Highly recommend!!!
