For your convenience, here are answers to questions often asked by our guests.

 

What is your check-in and checkout time?

Answer: Check-in time is 4 PM and Checkout is 10 AM.  The above times are in place to support Villa cleaning services.


Is cleaning provided in the rental rate?

Answer: Yes. The Villa will have been cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Departure cleaning is included in the price. There will be no additional charges.


I see that linens are provided.  Does that include towels and washcloths for bathrooms, kitchen hand towels, etc?

Answer: Like most other Villa's, our cleaning service provides basic linens & towels. This includes 1 set of bed linens per Bedroom and sleeper sofa, (there are plenty of pillows). Also, 4 towels and 2 sets of washcloths are provided per bedroom. Kitchen supplies include 1 washcloth, 1 washrag, 1 roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, 1 supply of dishwasher detergent and 1 supply of washer detergent. Please plan on providing your Beach Towels.


Answer: Ocean One has two elevators, each conveniently located in close proximity to our Villa. In addition, there is an ample supply of luggage carts on hand for guest use.

Answer: The Breakers has one operational elevator. A second elevator is being installed with anticipated completion in late 2022. Both of our one bedroom Villa's are located on an elevated first floor. The stairwells are built to a 'seven stairs - landing - seven stairs' configuration. There are no luggage carts on The Breakers property.

Are there elevators in the building?


Answer: Once your final payment is received, I will e-mail you a 'Welcoming Packet' with a 4 digit code to the front door's key-less lock. You will use this code to lock / unlock the door during your stay.... very simple. In addition, you will be provided directions to the Villa and Car Pass (s). Late night arrivals are not a problem.

How are the keys and car pass delivered?
 


How many car passes can we have?

Answer: Ocean One Association rules limit each Villa, regardless of bedroom size, to two car passes. Prior to your arrival, you will receive by e-mail, a car pass voucher. Upon arrival, present the voucher to the Security Guard to pick up your two parking passes. 

Answer: The Breakers Association rules limit each Villa to one car parking pass. This pass will be mailed (USPS) to you. Place this car pass on your vehicle’s dashboard for the duration of your stay.

Trailers, motorcycles, motor homes, campers, boats, jet skis and commercial vehicles are not permitted at Ocean One or The Breakers.

Parking is at a premium and there can be no exceptions to the above rules during prime vacation periods. Please do not attempt to park additional vehicles in either property parking lot. The security guards WILL NOT allow this and you will be required to park additional vehicles off property at your expense.


Are there any beach items (chairs, umbrellas, boards, etc.) available for our use during our stay?

Guests are responsible for their own beach items. Having said that, our 505 Ocean One Villa has a separate storage closet located in the outside hallway. In it, our guests will find a modest amount of beach items such as Chairs, water boards and other miscellaneous items. Our guests are invited to use these items during their stay. We do ask that all items be returned in the condition that they were borrowed so that the next guests will have an opportunity to use them. The key to this closet is located in the Kitchen area of our Villa.


Our pet is a member of our family and won’t bother anyone. Can you make an exception in our case?

Sorry. Association rules at both Ocean One and Breakers prohibit pets with no exceptions. In addition, our villa's are free of pet dander and other allergy related matter. Even though you may not be allergic to certain pets, many future guests are. As such, having a pet of any type in our Villa will be cause for immediate and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. There are several kennels or ‘pet hotels’ in the area that will be pleased to provide special care to your pet. Thank you for respecting this policy.


Can I pay by credit card?

We do accept credit card payments via PayPal.  Most major credit cards are accepted. The process is very simple and from our experiences, secure. However, there is a 3% transaction fee associated with the use of this service. If you desire to pay by credit card, this transaction fee will be added to your deposit / final balance amount each time payment by credit card is made. We are not associated with the PayPal system, nor do we guarantee its service.


Travel / vacation insurance is the responsibility of the renter. Purchasing insurance is a personal choice that should always be considered. We know of a popular provider that specializes in this type coverage. They are:
