With pride, we have completely refurbished and remodeled our 505 Ocean One and 115 Breakers units in 2004. They are in fantastic condition! Our newest addition, 313 Ocean One, was remodeled in January 2005! An exceptional property, this Three Bedroom is Clean, Bright, Roomy and Very Well Maintained!
Our Villas are perfectly situated in the heart of the Island, in the Forest Beach / Coligny Plaza area of Hilton Head. The Ocean One and Breakers complexes are located within a few minutes walking distance to each other, so for those with multiple unit needs, these Villas are perfect!
